I had the opportunity to participate in a phone interview with a SurveyMonkey CX customer, u&u. I then developed 2 marketing assets based on the interview: a blog and a PDF. The blog is a bit more detailed and focuses on the qualitative benefits from using CX; the PDF emphasizes various quantitative benefits to better sell the product to those further along the purchasing funnel.
