Content Strategist | Comms Manager ​| Marketing Leader

Hi there! Welcome to my portfolio site—where you can read about the different types of content I've worked on and learn about the results they've delivered.

I currently work a Merge—a leading product integration platform for B2B SaaS companies.

I manage all things content, including Merge's corporate blog, gated assets, case studies, executive bylines, webinars, social channels, and more.


I also support the content and editing needs of various marketing teams, from product marketing to demand gen. This can mean anything from editing new web pages to writing nurture emails.

Some of my accomplishments at Merge and at my previous employers (Workato and SurveyMonkey) include:

  • Raising Merge's organic traffic by 3X and growing organic-sourced pipeline by 2X per month, on average, within 2 years. I've produced content that ranks for searches across the funnel. This includes key searches, like "Best unified API platform" and "Codat pricing" (a competitor)
 
  • Produced case studies and short-form clips and ran webinars with key Merge customers. This includes brands like Ramp, BILL, Electric, and TravelPerk
 
  • Increasing organic traffic to Workato's blog by over 10X within 3 years via competitive, highly-relevant searches. My content currently ranks at the top of search results for queries like "software integration", "SaaS integration", "bidirectional sync", "HR chatbots", "point to point integration", "onboarding automation", "native integration", and "production integrations"

  • Growing the RFD conversion rate on Workato's blog by over 3X. We've launched personalized pop-ups, built out a variety of CTA designs to incorporate within the body of the content, and optimized our CTA's messaging 

  • Creating and contributing to content that's influenced the narrative on certain topics. Examples include an article I partnered with Massimo Pezzini on that explored the relationship between integration and automation and a guide I created during my time at SurveyMonkey on running customer feedback programs

Before working in content marketing, I worked in sales and customer success. My experiences in each area help me identify and produce content that's valuable for customers and prospects.
